• This incentive is offered at the sole discretion of Pedersen Hotels. • To qualify for entry into the prize draw, you must book and confirm a meeting or event, worth £1,000 or more into the following hotels; Regency
Park Hotel, Sheffield Park Hotel, The Winchester Hotel, Crowne Plaza London Ealing, Crowne Plaza Reading and Holiday Inn Birmingham-Bromsgrove. • To be entered into the prize draw, you must book and confirm a meeting or event to take place anytime between 1st October 2009 and 30th April 2010. • For every £1,000 of meetings or events business placed into one of the hotels, the name of the person booking the meeting will be entered into the prize draw. • There is no limit to how many times you will be entered into the prize draw. • You shall not be entered into the prize draw if you cancel your booking. • The initial prize draw will take place before 31st May 2010. • The final 100 finalists will be invited to a gala dinner where the final prize draw will take place live on the night. • The prizes are not exchangeable for cash, and the monetary value is 0.01pence. • Pedersen Hotels can terminate this incentive programme at any time without any prior notice. • It is up to the claimant to disclose any additional revenue earned through this incentive programme to the Inland Revenue and Pedersen Hotels will not be liable to pay any income tax on behalf of the claimant.
